This is the car that Brody drove to the Operating Room (How do you keep a kid from screaming when being taken away from his parents? Let him drive a car! BRILLIANT!)Last Monday, Brody had an outpatient surgery at Vandy. Everything went well, but we have been busy helping him recover. We went for our 1 week post OP today and everything his healing like it should and we are getting back to "normal" around here :) Can't believe that next week is Thanksgiving!!!!!

Oh my! I hope that Brody is feeling better and on the road to recovery.
It's a great idea to let them "drive" away! So glad he is on the mend!
