We took Brock to the Williamson County Fair (thanks to free Government Employee day). He had a blast going through "A Day in the Life of a Farmer." He got a basket and had to pick vegetables and apples, plant seeds, feed chickens and milk a cow (all pretend). At the end of the "day", he had to sell his goods at the Farmer's Market and was given a pretend dollar for his hard work. With the money he earned, he was able to purchase a bag of animal crackers. It was fun watching him interact this year. We went to the petting area and got to feed the animals. He really seemed to enjoy letting the goats lick the food out of his hand. He wanted to wash his hands when he was done, he said "dirty." He got to see the "BIG Farris Wheel" and look at all of the "BIG" rides (maybe next year :) It was really hot, so we went to the new Marble Slab in Spring Hill (used the coupons from the Clipper Magazine) and got ice cream cones. What a way to end the night!

brock is as cute as ever! thank you for your sweet words, prayers, and all. we hope to see you soon as we get back on our feet. maddie will love meeting you and hope wouldn't mind a play date one bit, we're sure. you're looking beautiful pregnant!
